Return & Refund Policy

At A Poindexter’s Armory, we want to make sure you receive the products you ordered in the condition described. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at jrgrass@poindexter-s-armory.com as soon as possible so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or contains an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us before returning or discarding the product or packaging. We may require information or photographs of the damage to assist with resolving the claim.

If you received the wrong product, the wrong card, an incorrect printing or set, or an item is missing from your order, we will work with you to provide the correct product when available or otherwise provide an appropriate refund.

Trading Card Singles

Due to the nature and volatility of the trading card market, returns are not accepted solely because a customer changes their mind about a purchase or because the market value of a card changes after the purchase.

Returns or refunds for singles may be considered when:

• The card received does not match the condition advertised.

• The wrong card, set, printing, or version was shipped.

• A card or other item paid for was missing from the order.

• The item arrived damaged or defective.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order if any of these issues occur.

Buyer’s Remorse

Buyer’s remorse does not qualify for a return or refund. This includes changing your mind after placing an order, deciding you no longer want the product, finding the product at a lower price elsewhere, or deciding that the purchase was not what you wanted after the order has been placed.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, quantities, conditions, prices, and other available information before completing a purchase.

Changes in the market price of a product after purchase do not qualify for a refund or price adjustment. Whether the value of a product increases or decreases after the purchase, the original transaction price remains unchanged.

Sealed Products

Factory-sealed products must remain sealed to be eligible for consideration of a return. Once a sealed product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return due to buyer’s remorse or a change of mind.

If a sealed product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us before opening the product whenever possible so that we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel or modify an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel or modify the order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout. If you notice that you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address or cancel the order so that a new order can be placed with the correct information.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. Any additional costs or recovery efforts resulting from an incorrect address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Unauthorized Returns

Please do not send products back without contacting us first. All returns must be approved by A Poindexter’s Armory before merchandise is sent back.

Packages that are refused, marked "Return to Sender," or returned without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product and, when appropriate, provide a return shipping method.

Missing or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us so that we can review the order and available tracking information.

We may request that you allow additional time for the package to arrive when tracking indicates that the package is still in transit. If an order is determined to be lost or otherwise undeliverable, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

Return Authorization

All returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to the circumstances of the order. Contacting us does not automatically guarantee that a return or refund will be approved.
