A Poindexter’s Armory currently ships orders within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer shipping to international destinations, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Domestic Shipping

Orders shipped within the United States are subject to the following shipping rates:
 

• Orders from $0.00–$50.00: $5.99 flat-rate shipping

• Orders from $50.00–$250.00: $9.99 flat-rate shipping

• Orders of $250.00 or more: Free shipping
   

The applicable shipping rate will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are generally processed and shipped within our normal business operations. The estimated delivery time for domestic orders is 5–7 business days.
 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of A Poindexter’s Armory’s control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order.

If you discover an incorrect shipping address before your order has shipped, please contact us immediately at jrgrass@poindexter-s-armory.com. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address or cancel the order before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at jrgrass@poindexter-s-armory.com so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Customers should retain the original packaging and shipping materials when reporting damage, as they may be necessary when addressing a shipping claim.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, A Poindexter’s Armory does not ship to:

• International destinations

• Alaska

• Hawaii

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.
